A Short History
In 1947, the site was transformed into one of Worthing’s first major department stores, bringing together several neighbouring buildings to create a landmark retail destination at the heart of town life. In 2002, it was acquired by Beales and continued to serve generations of residents as a familiar place to meet, shop, and gather.
Today, the building begins its next chapter - shaped by its past, a
